Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Japan, and Australia.
For the United States, we currently ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or other U.S. territories.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military bases, security-restricted areas, or certain remote ZIP/postal codes. If your address cannot be delivered, we may contact you by email to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.

Processing Time
After your order has been successfully paid and confirmed, our warehouse usually takes 1–3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information when the tracking number is available.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after shipment.
Please note that the actual delivery time may be affected by customs processing, flight arrangements, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery areas, carrier delays, or other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery status.
Pre-sale Products
If your order includes pre-sale products, the delivery time is subject to the product arrival and dispatch schedule shown on the product page or order confirmation.
Tracking Information
We provide tracking information for shipped orders when available. You can use the tracking number to check the latest delivery status with the carrier.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or carrier handling fees charged by local customs or carriers.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any applicable import charges required by local customs or carriers.
Delivery Issues
If your package has not been delivered, or if the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
For delivery-related issues, please contact us within 30 days of the order date so we can help check the tracking status and assist with the carrier investigation where applicable.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for delivery failure, return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or lost packages.
