30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Returns may be rejected if the item does not meet the above requirements.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
To start a return, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Your shipping address and contact information
After your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address if your request is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns caused by non-quality reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns caused by our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will help resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the refund after inspection. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos showing the issue.
We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not been delivered, or if tracking information has not updated for an unusually long time, please contact us so we can help check the shipment status.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 30 days of the order date. We may need your assistance to verify the delivery address and carrier tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
If a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we are not responsible for failed delivery, return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or lost packages.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or washed
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Unauthorized returns
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Bulk Orders
